Strategic Planning Committee

In 2025, Fr. Maria and Pastoral Council invited parishioners who were interested in helping to shape the long-term future of our parish to become members of a newly formed Strategic Planning Committee.

 

Since beginning it’s work in late 2025, the committee has met regularly to prayfully discern a vision and mission for the planning process. Together we have identified five strategic themes that will guide the development of a long-tern strategic plan for the parish.

 

The committee is currently comprised of parish members who are committed to an objective assessment of parish operations and services necessary to implement and sustain it’s mission, goals and long-term vision.

Our Mission

To assess our parish’s infrastructure, finances, programming, inclusion, demographics, and outreach to faithfully realize our vision over the next five years. The committee will develop an objective process to undertake a comprehensive Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analaysis.Through this discernment, the goal is to strengthen our parish for present and future challenges, and to develop a sustainable path for prosperity, unity and evangelization within our parish community.
