Having prayers for those we love who are ill is very important to all involved; if you wish to offer prayers in the Sunday Liturgies for those who are ill please call the Pastoral Care Center at 444-6010 or complete the form below.

In order to respect everyone's privacy, you must have permission from an immediate family member to have a person's name added to the prayer list.  You will be asked for your contact information and an approximate time frame to offer prayers in each of the three churches.
